The Brand authorizes the Nataliya Nada
New York Inc. (Nova Strategy Group) non-exclusive right to edit, alter,
publish, distribute and make use of any and all pictures and company info
provided by the Brand to be used in and/or for submissions to journalists,
print and online magazines, websites, social networking sites, social media
platforms, newsletter, press kits, advertisements, and other print and digital
communications.
The Brand hereby guaranty that all provided pictures’ copyrights belong to
the brand. I hereby release Nataliya Nada New York (Nova Strategy Group), his/her legal representatives, print and digital communications companies involved in the
brand’s representation, and assigns from all claims and liability relating to
provided photographs and company info.
All payments provided for the media request submission, membership,
photoshoots, and other services related to promoting the brand are non-
refundable. The Brand hereby represents that: he or she is a legal adult and has the full legal capacity to execute this agreement; the rights granted under this agreement do not conflict with or violate any other commitment the Brand has; and he or she has read this agreement before signing it and fully understands its contents, meaning, and impact.
