She spent a decade at Sanoma Media, collaborating with some of the world’s most prestigious brands—including Dior, Louis Vuitton, Moët & Chandon, Hennessy, Givenchy, Kenzo, Guerlain, P&G, Audi, Graff, Cartier, and others. She later served as Co-Publisher of Sanoma Media in Europe, overseeing a portfolio that included Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Casaviva, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Men’s Health, Story, and National Geographic.

 

Ms. N. Nova specializes in strategic brand positioning, personal brand development, PR, corporate communications, media training, high-impact storytelling, media lifecycle management, and securing client visibility in top-tier global media.

Valeria Kholodova brings over 16 years of experience as the former Editor-in-Chief of leading glossy magazines, including CASAVIVA (Italy) and Viva!Decor (Ukraine). Over her career, she has published thousands of articles and interviews for top global brands such as LG, Samsung, Philips, Axor, Kartell, and Bisazza, shaping content that resonates with both industry insiders and broader audiences.

Her deep understanding of editorial trends and content strategy allows her to craft unique, tailored stories for each brand, ensuring they stand out in a competitive media landscape. Valeria’s expertise lies in knowing not only what to pitch, but how to pitch it—communicating with magazines in their own editorial “language.” This precision ensures that the brands she represents consistently secure high-impact placements across international publications in remarkably short timeframes.

Beyond her editorial skills, Valeria’s strategic insight helps brands align their media exposure with broader marketing and branding goals, creating campaigns that are as memorable as they are effective.

Vlad Konopelko graduated from one of the most prestigious business schools — The MIT Sloan School of Management, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and brings over 22 years of product and PnL management experience as a Global Product Line Manager. He has a proven track record of helping brands optimize their supply, production, and distribution chains, making operations far more efficient and scalable. Vlad is also a mentor in a venture acceleration program in Rhode Island, where he guides startups to grow and compete at a global level.

Vlad’s vision goes beyond operational excellence: he helps startups strategically position themselves to be attractive to the right market segments and investors. By combining his deep industry knowledge with an understanding of market dynamics, he ensures emerging companies not only survive but thrive, securing both visibility and sustainable growth on a global scale.
